ASK BUFFIE: Are Whey protein shakes a helpful way to build muscles? I’m trying to build muscles in my buttocks.

Hello Buffie,
I want to first start off by saying that I love and respect everything you are doing. My question to you is, is drinking whey protein shakes a helpful way to build muscles? I’m trying to build the muscles in my buttocks. I workout 5 times a week and wanted to know if by me taking the shakes after every workout, would it help? Hello,

Extra protein does not automatically make extra muscle. In fact, if you eat more protein than your body uses, it will likely be stored as fat. Protein does help aid in recovery from your workout, but for the vast majority of consumers, they serve as an unnecessary expense.

    when you were skinny and flat did you eat to gain weight then work out the problem areas such as the belly and sides? what did you do to your butt to get it round like that? i have a nice size rear but its not round like yours how can i get it rounded out? im afraid that the exersises i do will make it hard and flat (eeww). what do i do Ms. Buffie?

    I drink boost plus and also work the muscles in my butt by doing doonkey kicks, squats and lunges and receive great results!!!

    I have a problem i weight 123lbs and my height is 5’3. I just wanted to know how much more weight do you think I need to put on to get a butt like yours and how can I transfer the fat from my stomach to my butt?
