My workout 2-17-2011 Stairclimber for 30 mins ( HR @ 189 bpm) **The following exercises were performed at: 3sets, 12 reps, med. tempo, rest 60s Overhead extension 20lbs (dumbbell) Seated Calf raise machine 70lbs Leg press machine but I only worked calves 145lbs Leg press machine quads and hamstrings 115lbsSplit squats 10lbs Chest press 20lbs Deadlifts 50lbs **Total abs until failure! Crunches **My sets, reps, tempo, rest intervals and intensity is based on my own personal fitness goals. Your goals in fitness may or may not be identical to mines.
