My workout 2-17-2011

Stairclimber for 30 mins ( HR @ 189 bpm)

**The following exercises were performed at:  3sets, 12 reps, med. tempo,  rest 60s

Overhead extension 20lbs (dumbbell)

Seated Calf raise machine 70lbs

Leg press machine but I only worked calves  145lbs

Leg press machine quads and hamstrings  115lbsSplit squats 10lbs

Chest press 20lbs

Deadlifts 50lbs

**Total abs until failure!

Crunches
Side crunches
Knee ups
Toe touches
Leg pushes

    HOW COME YOU HAVN’T DONE A WORKOUT DVD FOR US AT HOME?!! Still waiting. I love doing your workouts; and looking for a 40 min. routine ;0). Keep up the good work!
