I myself have a big butt but my stomach is big too. I started working out but I don&#039;t want to loose my butt so when I go to the gym i just use a treadmill then the crosstrainer. I have changed my diet but I am not seeing results... HELP!

I have been avoiding red meat, I hate that when I boil meat it shrinks and the amount of water increases. Reading this article has confirmed why I should just leave the red meat alone.
