“What did you eat to gain weight?” “What can I eat to gain weight?” “Can you create me a meal plan?” “What foods will make my butt bigger?” “Tell me what you eat, so I can eat it too.” LAWD!!!!! I get asked one of these questions EVERY SINGLE DAY. It took me weeks on deciding whether I should do this video or not. I will explain why I almost NOT recorded this video and the misconceptions females seem to have about weight gain. As always, I hope this video can help someone.

Please let me know the name of the liquid you were prescribed. My main question is how did you gain all the weight without getting stretch marks? If you did get stretch marks how did you get rid of them? I gained weight naturally and my butt is covered in stretch marks. I can’t even go to the beach and its made me depressed. Please help! Thanks!
Stretch marks may have a lot to do with genetics and skin elasticity. I don’t know if there’s a sure way to completely remove stretch mark. You may want to speak with a dermatologist.
I’m 5’2 & I weight 120lbs, I’m not happy with my weight or my body, I really want to gain weight, when you say eat foods with high calories for instance like darily products (Meats, Eggs & Etc) Also do you sell the BodyNomics T-Shirts? If you are? How can I get one?
There’s a link on this post that you can click on to get a list of high calorie foods. The Bodynomics T-shirts are not currently for sale but they will be soon.
Hi,
When you were gaining weight, how did u get rid of cellulite?
Get rid of it? HA! I still have it. It never went anywhere. I will probably have it forever.
Thank you so much for your info on weight gain. I appreciate everything & feel motivated by you. I am from the Caribbean. I am 35 years, 5feet 10inches & 120bs so I am underweight. I do not like being skinny. People tell me lots of mean things. All of my adult life I have been battling to gain weight & if I do gain I fight to keep it on but always fail. You inspired me to try again.
Hi Buffie,
I am really appreciative that for once someone is giving advice to women who want to gain weight in a good way and the right places. I for one always felt uncomfortable with my weight although statistics say my weight is where it should be. There was a point and time in high school I was at 160, i am 5’8″ and i finally felt comfortable in my skin however as I got older and with more added stress I lost the weight, at 22 I found out I was prego and during the pregnancy gained 50 pounds and I had no issue although most woman would but as soon as I gave birth and lost the extra weight I felt so skinned from my “extra meat”. Now at 25, my daughter being 2 Im finally fed up with being stuck at 130lbs and not feeling comfortable in my skin or just for me personally feeling underweight, with that being said I think that it is great that you are motivating others and making these videos to help these girls and woman who feel the way you once did. Everyone is different just as everyone has a picture as to how they want their body to look, so sometime statistics aren’t always right because it depends how comfortable the person feels under their skin however weight can be gained in a healthy way and that is what you show us everyday. I appreciate what you do, the thorough demonstrations, your humbleness and your real talk. Thank you.
