Hello, My name is Zetta and I wanted to find out some different types of foods that Buffie eats? I am between a size 7 and 9. I use to be very thick in high school. I ran track for 10 yrs so that was one reason but 3 yrs after I went to college I lost about 30lbs. I was about 160 in high school but a lot of muscle. So I started smoking weed, drinking and tried ecstasy so I guess that’s what did it . But now I am 145 lbs and I want to be thick again. My butt is not even half the size it was 5 yrs ago. I want to be back at 160lbs (muscle and big booty) again. I’ve been going to the gym but I don’t think I’m doing the exercises enough because I don’t see any progress. I really don’t have a lot of time to get back into running so I’ve been using the treadmill, stairmaster, and all the weights. I don’t know where to start. I don’t even have the gap in my back anymore, it’s just sad. I want help!? Thank you Hello Zetta, First I must tell you that duplicating someone else diet will likely not have the same effect on you that it has on that person. Remember everyone is different so when it comes to diet and exercise the results will vary from person to person. Obtaining your goal of 160 lbs will mean consuming more calories than your expending along with building muscles (using weights/resistances). Excessive cardio will normally burn fat therefore making you appear smaller if you’re not replacing it with muscle. I don’t know how much cardio you are currently engaging in on a daily basis but you may want to limit cardio to what is recommended by the USDA which is a minimum of 30 minutes on most days to keep your heart healthy. Increase your calories a little at a time trying to eat as healthy as possible. When working out, use challenging weights and always remember to allow your muscles to rest and repair between workouts. Please refer to the video page of my website to get an idea of correct form. Very good information. I’m a trainer and that was even more detailed than I expected. That’s probably why that radio DJ talked to like that a few years ago. Besides just being an ass, he probably didn’t think intelligent. But definitely words to live by.
Wow. That’s real good information. I am pretty much in the same situation myself. I also began eating more calories and it worked but I must be doing something wrong because a little bit of the weight went to my waist. It’s not bad but it’s not good either. Buffie, do you have any exercises that I can do that will help me lose the weight around my waist only and not around my butt and thighs?
