  • You know you’re not the only professional I heard say that. I guess it goes along with the territory. Some people just don’t have any respect for privacy.

  • the LOC for mosturizing nappy hair….L = leave in conditioner/water O=Oil (castor oil) C = sheabutter…check youtube thats where i got all my info

  • Hi Buffy, Going natural is not easy. I have been natural for almost 8 yrs now. I nickname my hair “The Beast”. LOL! Never comb or brush your hair in its dry state. Always comb or brush our hair when it is wet. It makes a big difference. Water, sulfate, and silicone free conditioners is what you may need. I like Shea Moisture products, Herbal Essence Hydration and Totally twisted conditioners. All of the mention products can be found at Walgreens, Wal-mart, Target and Sallys. Coconut oil is great also. I would also suggest that you visit curlynikki.com. Great website for naturals. Has great info on how to transition from relaxed to natural, hair blogs and support. Also their are great tutuorials on youtube. Good luck :)

  • This is what I dont understand. I feel what you are saying. I’m not a professional nor a trainer. I have a pear shape (big hips, small waist) and even I get “approached” by guys at the gym and sometimes women asking about my food and workout regimen. And IT IS hard to get a good workout. But THIS is what I dont understand. I am under the impression that the code of ethics in a gym- along with not clanking weights, wiping down benches, etc.- is that you don’t bother people when they are working out because it is a distraction.

  • Aragon oil is a great moisturizer. I too have natural hair and have been natural for the past 3 years. I also use Paul Mitchel Awaphi Shampoo & The Conditioner, and the Super Rich Conditioner for breakage treatments.

  • I had the same issue with my hair I use Shima oil and hydratherma naturals from moisturizer shampoo and conditioner Pantene moisture renewal if I feel my ends are getting dry from working out ill use conditioner I keep my hair in twist and put in a pony tail or a wig . What you can do is what ever moisturizer you like use it three times a day with your favorite hair oil. Do that till you fill your hair no longer needs to be moisturized three times a day.

  • i dont know about the other white people in the u.s. but i know THIS white girl follows you faithfully. and the majority of most white women want to look like you did before you gained your weight. i share your videos and posts on my fb all the time. i love bodynomics and am working on keeping it thick and curvy like you!
